Thank you for choosing to shop from my little store! I am a 'one-man band' and put my heart and soul into every skein of yarn. Every single item is handmade by me, a disabled fibre artist. I want everyone to be 100% satisfied with their order, so please take a moment to read my shipping policy below. Processing Time

Your order will be packed and posted by yours truly. I focus on using sustainable materials and recycling where possible. Please allow up to 10 working days. I always try my best to get it sent out as soon as possible. I'll keep you updated on progress and send a notification as soon as your parcel is on its way.

UK Shipping

Delivery typically takes 3-5 business days after dispatch. Remote destinations such as the Scottish Highlands may take slightly longer.

International Shipping

I do not currently offer international shipping. This is due to ever-changing regulations that vary drastically by location.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. I try to keep these as low as possible, including using recycled/repurposed packaging in order to reduce single-use waste.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information if available.

Lost or Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact me within 7 days of the expected delivery date, and I will do everything I can to resolve the issue!
