Handspun yarn is yarn that has been spun by hand using a spinning wheel or spindle, rather than by machine. Each skein is unique and crafted with care, giving it character and texture that mass-produced yarn cannot replicate.

How do I place a custom yarn commission?

To commission a custom yarn, please contact me with details about your desired fiber, weight, yardage, and color preferences. I'll work with you to create a bespoke yarn perfect for your project.

Do you ship internationally?

At this moment in time, I only ship to the UK. Unfortunately, prices are high and vary by destination.

How long does it take to process and ship an order?

Standard orders typically ship within 3-5 business days. Custom commissions require additional time depending on the complexity of your request. I'll provide an estimated timeline when you place your order.

What is your return policy?

Because each yarn is handmade and often custom-created, I cannot accept returns on standard purchases. However, if there's an issue with your order, please contact me and I'll work with you to make it right because I care about all of my customers.

How should I care for handspun yarn?

Handspun yarn is best cared for with gentle hand washing in cool water and laid flat to dry. Specific care instructions will depend on the fibre content of your yarn. I recommend Eucalan in your favourite scent.
